Every gift is personal. These answers cover the basics; our team can help with the rest.
Will Life Church ever ask for my account number or private key?
No. This site never asks for account numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords, seed phrases, or private keys. Your financial institution or the selected third-party provider handles the asset transfer.
Can I designate my gift?
Yes. You can request that a gift support the area of greatest need, the Greater Initiative, missions and outreach, a campus, or another approved charitable purpose. We will contact you if a requested restriction needs clarification.
Who provides the tax receipt?
It depends on the gift. Life Church generally acknowledges gifts received directly. When an intermediary receives and liquidates stock or cryptocurrency, that intermediary normally provides the charitable receipt and sends Life Church a cash grant.
